A Phase I ESA was completed in 2020 that discussed documented impacts (arsenic, PAHs and lead) based on previous assessment activities. An ABCA prepared in November 2020 concluded that the best alternative for redevelopment was a combination of excavation and engineering controls.

Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in October 2020, RECs were identified related to soil and groundwater impacts previously discovered within the subject site boundaries; which are likely attributable to the site's former land use as a dump. Impacts include wide-spread arsenic in soil and groundwater, as well as PCBs in soils, PAHs and lead.
