Cadillac Stamping parcel - main plant built in 1919 for sheet metal goods. Later occupied by Hudson Motors from 1925 to 1956, them by General motors until 1987. Then occupied by a machine tool shop to 2003, then storage, vacant since 2015. Former Laundry Cleaning parcel - Building was constructed in 1929 and first occupied by Detroit United Railway, and later used for industrial manufacturing operations. LAte 1990s, used for dry cleaning operations. Demolished between 2009-2012, vacant since 2016.
