Additional Property Attributes

Subject Property is approximately 90 acres and is currently partially used for agriculture and partially undeveloped. There are dirt paths through the overgrown vegetation where off-road vehicles can be driven. There is fencing along portions of the east, west, and south boundaries as well as along the south Property center. There were no REC identified in the the Phase I ESA. The Peoria Tribes plans to redevelopment the property for recreational use for their tribal citizens.
