Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 3.6 acres of vacant grassy land with areas of exposed soils. Main Street intersected the central portion of the Property, running north/south. Alleys intersected the eastern portion of the Property running north/south and northwest/southeast. Monitoring wells, associated with the former investigations, were noted throughout the Property along with a 55-gallon drum labeled purge water, along the western boundary.
