Additional Property Attributes

The property includes four parcels, one of which includes a vacant building previously used as a restaurant and a private Eagles club. The building materials are known to contains asbestos and lead-based paints. The remaining three parcels are located across Clay Street to the east and were used for parking for the former restaurant/club. The City/Redevelopment Authority has acquired the bank-owned site and will facilitate redevelopment. The parking lot is proposed to be redeveloped for new housing. The former restaurant/club building is planned to be razed to accommodate future residential redevelopment. The City is currently working with a developer on redevelopment plans.
