Additional Property Attributes

Former school building, built in 1948 and used until 2007. Has been vacant since that time. Historical use of heating oil at the property and presence of one UST is a recognized environmental concern. The current owner, Missaukee County received demolition grant from Dept. of Agriculture and Rural Development and demolished the building in May 2023. Property used for community open space.
