Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document the property was vacant land from at least 1938 until construction of the central and eastern portions of the current building in 1968. The western portion of the current building was constructed in 1979. The building was occupied by various professional office tenants from construction until at least 2010, was vacant and unoccupied in at least 2013, was occupied by a community church group until late July 2020, and was occupied by a used car sales tenant from at least 2016 until at least late 2019. Review of reasonably ascertainable information indicates the former used car sales tenant operations included sales and professional office activities only. Proposed reuses include a construction contracting showroom, several trades based businesses, and auto sales.
