Additional Property Attributes

The Property was agricultural land from at least 1939 to 1950, when the eastern portion was developed for residential purposes. The western portion was a portion of a golf course from 1965 to 1983. By 1992, a commercial storefront and asphalt parking areas were developed on the Property. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of a single-story commercial building. The building was located on the western portion of the Property and connected to the adjoining mall. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking and landscaped areas. Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural land until circa 1950, when residential development expanded east and north of the Property. A golf course was present northwest and southeast of the Property from 1965 to 1983. Commercial development began in the early-1970s when several commercial structures were developed south of the Property. By 1992, a mall with several commercial storefronts and paved parking areas was developed. At the time of the assessment, the surrounding area consisted of commercial development.
