Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is approximately 1.28 acres in size. Historical uses of the subject property include a bakery, dry cleaner, gas station, auto sales and service shop, auto repair shop, metal stamping facility, janitorial supply company, machine shop, and a warehouse. The buildings were demolished between 2006 and 2009. The site is currently a vacant lot. The City of Oshkosh is looking for developers.
