Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 75-acres of wooded land that is frequently flooded by the Ohio River and Mill Creek. The site was historically used as agriculture until the 1960s, when frequent flooding and dense vegetation began to cover the site. The Property was relatively flat at an elevation of approximately 400 to 430 feet above mean sea level (MSL). The Property was located in a mixed-use area west of downtown Clarksville. Mill Creek and several unnamed tributaries cross the Property and flow generally from north to south. The Ohio River is located approximately 300 feet south and flows from east to west. Based on the review of the topographic map, groundwater flow is anticipated to be to the south towards the Ohio River.
