Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the current subject building was constructed in 1951 on previously vacant land. The building was occupied by automotive parts warehousing and distribution companies from construction until at least 1977, Gale Research Company (educational publishing/printing company) from approximately 1980 to 1990, and automotive radiator and gasoline tank repair operations from approximately 1990 until 2019. The building has been vacant for approximately one year
