Additional Property Attributes

The property is located at 1624 and 1628 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard (BSA-G194). This rectangular-shaped parcel is comprised of a small portion of undeveloped land, a commercial strip center, and an associated parking lot occupying 0.355 acres.Oil containers and used oil were located in the interior of the on-site House of Parts auto parts retailer (1624 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard). No other petroleum products and/or related waste streams are present on the subject property. Historical
aerial photographs and topographic maps indicated commercial and residential development of
surrounding properties as early as 1899. Mixed-use development in the area has been prevalent to date.
