Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property consisted of agricultural development/pasture from at least 1938 through approximately the late 1950s when the property appears to be vacant land. The subject property was commercially developed with a school (East Lake Middle School) between 1958 and 1969 and was utilized as a school/educational facility (School of Choice, School Board of Palm Beach County, ARC Learning Together, LSC West Area), with a wastewater pump station on the southeast corner of the property, until 2007 when the buildings were demolished. The subject property has been vacant land (with a wastewater pump station on the southeast corner of the property) from 2007 through the current day.The property appears to have been utilized as agricultural development/pasture from at least 1938 through approximately the late 1950s. The normal use and application of agricultural chemicals generally does not trigger enforcement actions, assessments by regulatory agencies, or the recommendation for further assessment of the subject property unless there is evidence which indicates that misuse, dumping, or improper storage of chemicals is present or has occurred. Based on the historical review, there were no indications of the presence of on-site agricultural chemical mixing areas, bulk storage areas or evidence that chemical dumping or improper storage has occurred.
