Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed with two commercial buildings (stores) from at least 1938 through approximately 1954 when the buildings appear to have been joined as one. The property remained developed with the commercial building from approximately 1954 through 1999. The subject property was listed as vacant in 1989 and the buildings were later demolished in 1999. The property has been vacant land from approximately 1999 through the current day.
