Additional Property Attributes

The 0.941-acre property was developed in 1920 and utilized to produce cheese. After the cheese factory closed the property was used by a welding company and in the manufacture of horse trailers until the 1980s. The property and the 14,988 square foot building have been vacant since that time. The property is currently owned by Matthew Tharp and the Town of Sharpsville plans to acquire the property via a tax sale and demolish the existing unsafe building.
