Additional Property Attributes

The Property was agricultural land from at least 1940 to 1947. In 1952, the Property was developed with a single-family dwelling and detached garage. In the late 1980s, an asphalt parking lot was depicted on the southern portion of the Property. From 1998 to 2017, the Property was utilized as an office building. From 1940 to 1947, surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural or wooded land. From the early 1950s to the early 1970s, residential developments were located to the north, east and south of the Property and agricultural or wooded land was located to the west. In 1972, a filling/service station was located to the northeast and in 1988, the southern-adjoining building was developed as a multi-tenant office building. From 1994 to 2007, the former filling/service station was utilized as a body shop and a towing company. In 2017, the northeastern body shop and towing company was redeveloped into a Casey's General Store (filling station).
At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.5 acres of land developed with an approximately 1,500 square-foot office building. The building was surrounded by asphalt paved driveways and parking areas. A concrete slab associated with a former detached garage was observed west of the office building and the remaining portions of the Property were grass-covered or landscaped. The Property was situated on a hill that sloped down to the northwest. Undeveloped grass-covered land was located to the north. South Memorial Drive (State Road 3) bordered the Property to the east with a filling station located further northeast and single family dwellings located further east and southeast. A multi-tenant office building adjoined the Property the south, and a grass-covered undeveloped lot adjoined the Property to the west.
