Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site was constructed in 1920 and was utilized to produce cheese. The cheese factory closed, and the property was utilized by a welding company and as a manufacturer of horse trailers until approximately the 1980s. The property has been unoccupied since closing in the 1980s.
