Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA at the Site did not reveal any recognized environmental conditions (RECs) impacting the Site. One (1) non-ASTM-scope condition was noted: The on-site buildings (utility building and pump house) were developed in the early 1970s and were posited to potentially contain asbestos and lead-based paint.

In June 2021, Cardno completed a comprehensive asbestos and lead-based paint survey at the Site and identified multiple asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), including roofing shingles at the former laundry mat and caulking on Trailer 1 and Trailer 2.
