Standard and other historical sources document that the property consisted of vacant and agricultural land from at least 1949 until between 1966 and 1971, when the current structure was constructed. Additionally, four radio towers were installed south of the subject building during this time. According to the current property owner and historical aerials, the property formerly consisted of radio transmitting operations until between 2006 and 2009 when the radio towers were demolished. The building has been unoccupied since this time.
