Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of structures previously used for filling station/convenience store/fast food restaurant operations. USTs remain on the Property. OSFM documents include several UST non-compliance issues and violations related to failed leak detection sensors, leaking pump breakaways, and lack or maintenance and upkeep of spill buckets. A violation was issued in October 2019 due to fuel remaining in the inactive tanks. Property is currently vacant.
