Additional Property Attributes

The length of the corridor is approximately 4,400 feet and encompasses 36 parcels totaling approximately 100 acres in Uptown Greenville. Town Creek is underground for most of this length. The City was working on drainage improvements, including the potential of daylighting the creek in certain areas, to the corridor and wanted to know about possible environmental concerns that may have been encountered during subsurface work in this corridor. No conditions on the parcels were identified in the corridor analysis.
