Additional Property Attributes

This site has been selected as a portion of the Major League Soccer stadium for St. Louis.

Known history is various past uses of concern including filling stations, dry cleaners, and repair shops.

The EM survey indicated several anomalies that indicate possible buried metallic features consistent with the potential presence of USTs. Test trenching would be required to further assess these suspect locations to verify the presence of USTs. Concentrations of arsenic, lead, and PAHs exceeded the DTLs and residential RBTLs in surficial soil. Concentrations of PAHs exceeded the nonresidential RBTLs in surficial soil at four locations. Concentrations of COCs did not exceed the RBTLs in subsurface soil or groundwater samples.

The assessment results were provided to the owner so that the contaminants could be addressed prior to or during construction.
