The structure on the property was constructed in the late 1920s and is located on a 3.174-acre property. It is occupied by multiple retail and commercial tenants, as well as unoccupied rental and storage spaces.The three-story building is currently occupied by multiple retail and commercial tenants, as well as unoccupied rental and storage spaces. The tenants in the building consisted of tax services, a child development center, loan agencies, a dental office, a chop suey restaurant, audio sales and repair store, boutique stores, and corporate offices for Urban League. The St. Louis Urban League is looking to purchase the space to upgrade their facility and potentially lease extra space to related not-for-profits and similar agencies. The assessment results were provided to the prospective purchaser to inform their decision on purchasing and redeveloping the site.
