Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of 28.52 acres of forested land identified as Kitsap County parcel number 332802-
1-047-2006 that is owned by PGST. The Property is located along the northern side of Little Boston Road
NE, surrounded by undeveloped land and approximately 600 feet west of a former wrecking yard.

The following conclusions were made based on the results of this Phase II ESA.
* Heavy metals and petroleum-related compounds were detected in soil and groundwater samples but
not at concentrations that exceed their MTCA Method A CULs.
* The Property does not appear to have been impacted by polluting activities at the nearby former
wrecking yard at levels requiring further action.
