Additional Property Attributes

The oldest available historical document is a 1940 aerial photograph which shows the subject property and surrounding area as undeveloped. Federal Highway and Dixie Highway (located to the south and runs along the southeast branch of the St. Lucie River) are visible along with other manmade features such as trails and some agricultural land to the southwest. The 1958 aerial photograph shows the surrounding area has been developed with road infrastructure and multiple buildings. The subject property is vacant. From at least 1940 to the present, the subject property is shown with varying amounts of vegetative coverage along with some trails that run through the subject property. Per historical aerial photographs, property deeds, city directories, prior environmental reports (Section 3.1.3), and interviews with the current and past site owners, the subject property has remained vacant from at least 1940 until the present day. There is no current use of the property. Several homeless camps (with associated debris areas) were observed in the interior of the subject property.
