Additional Property Attributes

The property covered approximately 2.86 acres and was historically used as an automotive salvage yard from the 1960s until approximately 1990. The property was used to store cars that were dismantled for parts. The small building located on the property was constructed in the 1960s and was used as office space. In approximately 2015, the building was leased by a construction company and they used the building to store materials. The building was never cleared of the materials when the company moved out. Since cars were stored on the property that contained motor oils, fuel, and batteries, the historical use of the subject property is considered a recognized environmental condition.
