Additional Property Attributes

This property was previously part of a larger group of parcels referred to as Wyman Flint/East of Mill Street. This property, now referred to as Penta/Wyman Flint, 24 Mill St., was subdivided from 26 and 77 Mill Street which were redeveloped for a riverfront trail. A Phase I will now be conducted on behalf of a prospective owner, the Sustainable Valley Group, Inc. who would like to redevelop the parcel as part of the Connecticut River Heritage Center and for potential access.
