Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of an approximately 6,700-square-foot structure constructed in the 1920s. The old Helper City Hall building is constructed of masonry block and brick. The city shops to the east are slab-on-grade and constructed of masonry block and brick. The interior of the old city hall consists of carpet, sheet vinyl, and concrete floors; painted masonry, wallpaper over wood paneling, and woodpaneled walls.
