Additional Property Attributes

One-story brick building. Majority of site developed including a parking area. For sale at time of Phase I. Owned by Hatco, Inc. Undeveloped prior to construction of school in 1924. County closed the school in early 1990s. Building was leased to Head Start program and Free Clinic. Pulaski Furniture owned the property from 2000-2005 and used for storage. Miscellaneous chemical storage noted throughout the building during a 2011 Phase I ESA. Western portion of building collapsed between 2008 and 2012. RECs include: Vent pipes noted along exterior of the building near boiler room. Purpose unknown, and potential for a UST could not be eliminated. Boiler room was flooded and could not be viewed. ACM and LBP present in building. Past chemical storage. Also, PCB-containing materials (light ballasts) remain on-site.
