Additional Property Attributes

Although no RECs were specific to the subject property, immediately adjacent properties were identified with the potential to negatively impact 810 S. Main Street. It is the City's intent to purchase the property to assist with bank stabilization of the immediately adjacent brownfields site at 818 S. Main Street. Eventually, the property may be combined with adjacent City-acquired properties for redevelopment purposes. In interim, the property will be demolished to eliminate blight and converted to greenspace and sloped to match the adjacent parcels to the north and south.
