Additional Property Attributes

The site was once the campus of the Spaulding School, an African-American school in Spring Hope. The site is developed with four single-story, brick buildings, including two former school buildings (4,800 ft2 and 9,400 ft2), a gymnasium (5,500 ft2), and an auditorium/theater (11,000 ft2). The school system sold the property in 2017. The site is currently vacant.
