Additional Property Attributes

By 1939, the Property was developed as agricultural and wooded land. By 1959, overhead electrical power lines were present in the southern portion of the Property, running east/west. A soil berm was constructed along the southern Property boundary by 2003. The remainder of the Property was agricultural or wooded land. Property features were similar at the time of the site reconnaissance. During the reconnaissance, piles of fill material including concrete, bricks, metal, asphalt, etc. were observed along the northern Property boundary.
Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural and residential land until at least 1959. By 1976, commercial development began east of the Property, and a multi-family residential development with several buildings adjoined the Property to the north. By 2003, a large commercial building and parking lot adjoined the Property to the south. An apparent filling station was present on the south-adjoining site from at least 2003 to 2005. By 2018, an auto repair and service center was present on the south-adjoining site. At the time of the reconnaissance, State Road 3 adjoined the Property to the east. The area north of the Property consisted of a multi-family residential development with several buildings. Commercial developments including the Raintree Hotel, Walmart, and White Castle adjoined the Property to the east, beyond State Road 3, and south, respectively. Agricultural and wooded land adjoined the Property to the west.
