Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site operated as a motorcycle repair shop from approximately 1986 to
2012 and a print shop from approximately 1973 to 1986. The building burnt in 2012
and was subsequently demolished in 2015. The Site has been vacant since 2015.

Soil and groundwater on the Subject Site do not appear to have been impacted by past on-site activities, other than possible shallow urban fill.
Results indicate the presence of PAHs and metals in the shallow soils above RCG MTGW and/or RSL but not above or near the ISL. The PAHs and metals may be due to the presence of urban fill. Based on results of field filtered samples, the elevated presence of metals in groundwater is most likely natural due to fine sediments suspended in the water. However, the possibility of some impact to groundwater from arsenic in shallow fill cannot be completely ruled out.
