Additional Property Attributes

Yamhill County foreclosed on the site on February 13, 2018. The County is requesting assistance to assess and cleanup the petroleum contamination associated with the former Carol Glover BP gas station. Once the site has been cleaned up, the County will work with the City of Yamhill to acquire the property for future redevelopment. The property is located near the City of Yamhill's downtown and has been under utilized for years.
