Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of one parcel of land totaling 0.42 acres. The 8 22nd Street North
parcel was historically used as a planing mill as early as 1888 to 1899 when the mill was
restructured into a wood and coal facility. In 1950, the subject property was developed as
the Sinclair Refining Company, Gasoline Depot. Currently, the subject property is used as
a storage yard for Masonry Arts, who stores out-of-service equipment, marble, granite, tile,
brick, block, and other construction materials on the property.

The surrounding area has been mostly commercial with a few residential dwellings located
in the area.
