Additional Property Attributes

Prior to the late-1970s, buildings were located on the Site and property to the east, where Ewing Street is now present. Review of historical fire insurance maps and city directories indicate that the Site was developed prior to 1905 and Site occupants have included, but are not limited to, stables, a livery, a paper products warehouse, a woodworking and floor sealant company, a furniture warehouse, a mercantile grocery company, and a saddle/shoe polish manufacturer.
