Additional Property Attributes

From 1947 to the early 1990s, the western portion of the Property along North Memorial Drive was developed with a dwelling, a driveway, and several barns or outbuildings surrounded by grass. A former railroad track was located along the eastern Property boundary and the remaining portions of the Property were depicted as agricultural fields. In 1998, the dwelling was replaced with a modular home and rows of trees were depicted along the northern and western boundaries. From the early 2000s until the time of the site reconnaissance, the western parcel was developed with a mobile home, two barns, and a detached garage. The buildings were surrounded by grass, dense vegetation and a driveway. Several vehicles were stored on the western parcel. The central parcel consisted primarily of an agricultural field with an area of dense vegetation on the southwest portion. The western parcel consisted of agricultural land and the northeastern parcel was undeveloped land covered with dense vegetation.
From 1947 to 1983, agricultural and/or residential land uses bordered the Property to the north, south and west. County Road 200 North bordered a portion of the Property to the north and North Memorial Drive bordered a portion of the Property to the west. From the early 1990s until the time of the site reconnaissance, residential and commercial developments bordered the Property to the north and west. The commercial developments consisted of a trailer sales and repair facility to the north and electrical contractor to the west. Residential developments bordered to the east, and agricultural developments bordered to the south.
