Additional Property Attributes

The past use of the property was as Guy's Drug Store and U First Medical Clinic. Property fell into disrepair after both closures and Property owner wishes to renovate but must have an asbestos inspection prior to renovation. Asbestos-Containing Materials Survey, dated February 3, 2021, identified roof flashing and window putty have been identified as Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM); and therefore, any renovations that would disturb the asbestos-containing materials requires advance notification to MDEQ and proper abatement by an Asbestos Abatement Contractor licensed by the State of Mississippi.
