Additional Property Attributes

The Property was agricultural land from at least 1938 to 1946. From 1946 to the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of grass-covered land and in 1972, soil piles were observed on the north portion of the Property along Verona Road. An assessment of "darkened and suspect soil" was completed on the Property by the former Property owner, Habitat for Humanity, and at the time this report was issued, the results of the assessment have not been reviewed. At the time of the Phase I ESA, the Property consisted of approximately 0.6 acres of snow-covered, grassy, vacant lot Based on results of Phase II ESA, arsenic was measured in soil at concentrations above EGLE Part 201 generic residential criteria.
