Additional Property Attributes

The Property consisted of a portion of the north-adjoining structure and grass-covered land from 1938 to 1946, when a residential structure and unpaved driveway were developed near the center of the Property. From 1961 to 1986, a second residential structure was present on the south portion of the Property. The residential structure present near the center of the Property was demolished in 2018. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of grass-covered land.
Results of 2021 Assessment indicated the presence of benzo(a)pyrene, arsenic, copper and/or lead in soil or groundwater at concentrations above EGLE Part 201 generic cleanup criteria.
