Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 0.07 acres and was previously developed with a residential structure built in 1930, which burned in 2012 and was subsequently demolished in 2014. The City acquired the property via tax title taking in 2018. Remaining on the Site is an ancillary structure appearing to be a shed used for storage. At the time of the site assessment activities, the Site was vacant and unoccupied. The ground surface at the Site is generally level and groundcover consists primarily of lawn vegetation. The Site is zoned R-2 Residential. The area surrounding the Site is primarily Residential.
