Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document the property was developed prior to 1937 for agricultural purposes. Agricultural activities ceased prior to 1976 and the property consisted of vacant land or was developed with various unpaved recreational trails throughout the property until the current building was constructed between 2012 and 2013. The building was occupied by church retreat operations from 2013 to 2015 and has been vacant since approximately 2015.
