Additional Property Attributes

According to the York County property tax records, the subject property is approximately 5.77 acres in area and is developed. The building (built circa 1980s; addition in 1995) is about 31,684 square feet, and is constructed on a slab foundation, with a metal/shingle roof and brick and vinyl exterior. No basement is present. The parking lot consists of asphalt with concrete curb and gutter. Three storage sheds are located at the back of the property. The property currently operates as the Historic Triangle Messmer Community Services Center. FISH, Inc., a local nonprofit organization, provides sorting and storage for donated clothing and food within a portion of the community services center.
