Additional Property Attributes

The Property was first utilized in 1926 to stage and/or distribute a number of materials including wholesale groceries, beverages, chemicals, and more recently equipment that included explosive materials and vehicles for films. In 1936, a small structure was constructed for use as an auto repair facility/garage and later to store materials, including corrosive and flammable chemicals.
