Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources document the subject property consisted of vacant land until a majority of the current building was constructed as a gasoline service station in 1930, with a western addition completed in 1952. The building was occupied by a gasoline service station between at least 1931 and 1985, when gasoline dispensing operations ceased. The building was occupied by automotive or tire service operations between 1985 and 2017. A former garage was constructed in the northwestern portion of the property during the 1930s. The former garage and western portion of the property was occupied by used automotive sales until the building was demolished between 1951 and 1952.
