Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site consists of two joined commercial buildings occupying the entire Site. The northern section of the building was built before 1900 and the southern portion was added on between 1900 and 1909. There are not substantial amounts of information as to what all the building has been used for since construction. According to the current owner, the Subject Site has operated historically as an auto dealer, propane dealer, restaurant, and art studio. The site is currently unoccupied. The building is slated to be demolished in the near future.
