Additional Property Attributes

The Property was agricultural land from at least 1947 to 2004, when a multi-tenant commercial structure was developed on the north portion of the Property. The remainder of the Property consisted of paved parking lot and grass-covered land. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the structure was occupied by a chiropractor, physical therapist, and autism center. The remainder of the Property consisted of paved parking lot and landscaped areas.
Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural land from at least 1947 to 2005, when grass-covered land and a community center were present north of the Property and grass-covered land was present to the west, south, and east. Circa 2005, Wittenbraker Avenue bordered the Property to the north. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the surrounding area consisted of a healthcare campus and community center to the north, and grass-covered land to the east, south, and west.
