For example, an investigation of the site history can include an investigation of site vulnerabilities based on historical and recent extreme weather patterns and events (e.g., floods and drought). Phase II ESAs may include use of renewable energy, incorporating remote sensing capabilities, maximize reuse of existing wells (as appropriate) and/or design wells for future reuse, use of field test kits when possible, use of local laboratories when possible, and use of appropriate sized equipment for the project.

Additional Property Attributes

Property is an old church that has a cemetery associated with additional houses. These buildings have crawl space foundations, wood siding walls, and a pitched shingled roof. Interior consists of a carpeted floor, drywall and wood panelling walls, and a drywall ceiling. Past uses include a church and associated cemetery. Environmental hazards associated with cemeteries is considered low at this property. Past ownership appears to have been the Cumberland Presbytery, who donated the property to Choctaw Nation around 2004 or after. Currently, it is owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. All structures are currently in disrepair.
