The Property consists of one approximately 1.13-acre parcel located at 42 Elmer Street in the Town of Lyons, New York. The parcel previously contained three tax parcels (28, 32 and 42 Elmer Street).
The Property is located in a mixed industrial, commercial and residential neighborhood and is boarded to the north by Elmer Street followed by residential properties, to the south by a railroad switchyard, a commercial/industrial property to the east and by a vacant lot to the west. The Property is currently vacant and had previously housed a cold storage facility and warehouse.
It is understood that Wayne County is exploring redevelopment options for this parcel including potential residential or commercial use.
