Additional Property Attributes

The site was developed as agricultural land from at least 1954 until sometime in the 1980s when the site building was constructed and the site operated as a convenience store and gas station. The current owner purchased the site from Giant Industries around April 2000 and the site continued as a gas station for several years until it was shut down and utilized for storage. The USTs were removed in 2006 and the site has been unoccupied since. Upon removal of the USTs confirmation sampling was completed from the UST basin walls and beneath the tanks, but not below the fuel lines, fuel dispensers, or stockpiled soil as required by ADEQ. This is a REC for the site.
